In repurposing the long-abandoned Irondequoit Mall, the space was transformed into a much-needed community center. It is designed to accommodate the current needs of the town and provide space for future development. It is now a place for engagement and recreation in a welcoming environment.

The space consists of a lounge, teen activity room, kitchen and cafeteria, gymnasium, turf play area, walking track, fitness, group exercise, pre-k classroom, community rooms and more.
